BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT: Meadows Marketing brings fresh ideas
By SAVANNAH BARR
For Brianna Meadows, the vibrant world of content creation and digital marketing offers her a chance to put her creative energy to good use. She started Meadows Marketing in October 2023 in Steubenville, Ohio. She has since relocated to Bradford and is looking for more clients in the local area.
Meadows didn’t always know that she wanted to pursue digital marketing as a career.
“I went to school to be a medical assistant so all my jobs were with a medical background, but I found this platform called Canva and just fell in love,” said Meadows. “I started messing around making business cards for my friends and that kind of sparked my desire to learn more.”
Meadows began taking online courses in social media marketing and her curiosity only deepened.
“I just love to learn,” said Meadows. “No matter how long I have been doing something, I try to keep expanding my knowledge.”
She currently offers business card and invitation design, social media management and content creation.
“There is a lot of work I do behind the scenes to stay on top of what is trending in the industry,” said Meadows. “I learn about what kinds of hashtags and keywords are going around, what captions are getting pushed out into the algorithm and those sorts of things.”
Backed by years of experience, Meadows is confident she can help any small business increase their outreach while keeping within budget. She strives to meet each client where they are.
“When I connect with a new client I like to take some time to get to know them,” said Meadows. “I like to explain who I am and why I started my business as a way to connect and learn about why they started theirs.”
After assessing her clients needs, she creates an individual strategy designed to propel the business forward.
Right now, many of Meadows’ clientele are still in Ohio. She is looking forward to connecting with more local small business owners in the local area.
“I am really focused right now on getting my name out there to tell people what I do,” said Meadows. “I try to post regularly on my social media but it has still been an uphill battle.”
She is also a proud member of the Bradford Area Chamber of Commerce.
“This is such a great area and I feel really lucky to be a part of this community,” said Meadows.
Nothing makes Meadows feel more proud than when a client comes to her to tell her she has done a great job.
“My best moments are when I get recognized by different clients and have them recommend me to others,” said Meadows. “I love watching a business grow due to the strategies I told them to implement.”
